Q. Which platform will suit a third year apprentice?
A. As a third year apprentice you should already have the basic knowledge that an apprentice learns in the beginning of their apprenticeship. Our "Ultimate Domestic Platform" would suit you best. This platform would also include the videos that are included in the "Master the Basics" platform.
Q. Are these courses organised per state?
We follow the AS:3000 electrical regulatory book throughout all our videos. Currently we do not have each state organised in their own categories.
Q. Do you have LEA, LEP courses?
No we do not have any LEA, LEP, GAP on our platform. These courses will not be provided on our platform as these are best suited for face to face learning.
Q. Can i pay with After Pay?
Currently we do not offer After Pay, however if you are interested send an email to [email protected] to suggest this service.
Q. How long does it take after joining will i gain access to the platform?
Provided you send through your evidence to support that you are a qualified electrician or apprentice electrician, access will be granted within 12 - 24 hours.
Q. Is there a minimum term for the monthly subscription?
No, once you join you can cancel at anytime. Our members will receive continuous value from our platform as we add videos weekly on a Wednesday at 8pm (for "the ultimate domestic platform"). We are building a community of likeminded and dedicated electricians which you will be apart of.
Q. I have a video suggestion for one of the questions i have, how do i send these to you?
You can send through questions or video suggestions at anytime to [email protected] . We will then answer the questions in our platform to ensure all our members learn from each other.
Q. I am a first year apprentice, what platform is for me?
Either platform will suit you, as both platforms contain the "master the basics" videos. If you would like to learn more than just the basics, then you will benefit more from our 'ultimate domestic platform". We have many first year apprentices that have joined 'the ultimate domestic platform' and dedicate 30 minutes to 1 hour per day to learn through our platform.
Q. I want to join however i am not sure i can afford the cost.
Firstly, answer these important questions:
1. How would you benefit from learning and advancing your electrical career?
2. Would you love to know more domestic electrical skills/ services?
3. Are you dedicated to becoming the best electrician that you can be?
4. Putting the cost aside, would these videos help you as an electrician?
If you answered these questions, you should know whether the platform is for you. We suggest you save the cost in order to join the platform when you are able too. We are not going anywhere.
Q. Do you have any trial videos, i am a commercial electrician and would like to learn more about the domestic electrician?
We do not have any trial videos, however as a commercial electrician, you will gain a tremendous of domestic electrical knowledge on our platform that you will have with you for life.
