One seat, one person
Seats aren't to be shared around the crew. If a login is being used by more than one person, we'll close the account and there's no refund. It's the same reason you'd want it enforced: a shared login means you can't tell who has actually watched anything.

It's a business expense
Training for your staff is a cost of running the business, and if you're registered you claim the GST back too. Your accountant will tell you exactly how it lands for your setup, but nobody agonises over deducting a tool purchase, and this is the same category.
Nobody loses a day on site
A day of face-to-face training runs $600 to $900 a head for one topic, plus the day's work you didn't do. Six seats here costs less than sending two blokes to one course, and they watch it at night or in the van.
Your phone stops ringing
An apprentice stuck at a board either guesses or rings you. Give him the library and the community and he can find the answer himself, filmed start to finish, before he touches anything.
One mistake costs more than the year
A rework, a callback, a damaged appliance, an inspector knocking something back. Any one of them wipes out what the whole crew's seats cost for twelve months.
